Accom Whitsunday Terms and Conditions

Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 10am. These times must be strictly adhered to unless advised by your Guest Liaison

All accommodation includes the use of a buggy.  Although we endeavour to provide the buggy in a good working order during your stay, as it is privately owned and a free inclusion, we are unable to offer a replacement if break down occurs. In some properties the buggy is petrol instead of electric when this is the case there will be a charge of $30.00 upon your departure to cover refuelling. 

Telephones in your house/villa/apartment feature on-island dialling capacity only, and we suggest that you bring a mobile telephone if possible.

The accommodation rate does not include the use of Hamilton Island's resort watersports equipment or child-minding facilities.

Your booking does not include the use of the resort's poolside beach towels.

Arrival and Departure Valet Service

All accommodation includes:

  • 1 x valet pick up and 1 x drop off. We must have your arrival and departure details at least 7 days prior to travel. Should any details change within this time, it is imperative that you notify our office to avoid unnecessary delays upon your arrival or departure.
  • 1 x valet pick up or drop off constitutes the transportation of five guests plus all luggage for the party. Any remaining guests can be collected by one of your party in your own buggy after reaching the property, or alternative arrangements can be made with Accom Hamilton Island for an additional fee.

Whitsunday Provisioning

Careful provisioning is an important part of the preparation for your stay. Order online at http://www.whitprov.com.au/private/ Your pre-ordered food and beverages will be packaged and delivered on the passenger ferry operated by Fantasea Cruises, ready for you to collect from the terminal.  Please note the arrival time of your order will be confirmed by Whitsunday Provisionings when your order is confirmed.

Baby Equipment Hire

Important Booking Terms and Conditions

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for school holidays and other peak periods, in order to avoid delays and possible disappointment. It is also a good idea to select alternatives in the event your first choice of dates is unavailable.

Minimum Booking Requirement

There is a strict three-night minimum booking requirement in place during the Off Peak Season. Bookings are accepted for less than three nights only when the three-night tariff is paid in full.  Please note the minimum booking requirement does change depending on the Peak Season.

Deposit / Payment

A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. Final payment is due 21 days prior to date of arrival. Bookings made within 21 days of travel must be paid for in full within 48 hours of confirmation. The price of your reservation is not guaranteed until full payment has been received by Accom Hamilton Island.

Method of Payment

The following methods of payment are available:

  • Online Payments
  • Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard payments over the phone
  • Personal cheque
  • Direct deposit (PRDnationwide Hamilton Island Trust Account) Please call for account details.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to final payment: the 20% deposit represents the letting fee and is not refundable upon cancellation. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of payment of your deposit. After final payment: total funds held are non-refundable.

Amendment Fees: As each property is individually owned, any amendment to your booking is subject to the approval of the relevant property owner. Any approved change to your booking will incur a non-waivable amendment fee of $35. Accommodation is not transferable to other properties once monies have been exchanged.

Travel Insurance

To cover cancellation conditions and other unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend travel insurance. Ask your licensed local travel agent for details.

Bonds

A security bond is required for each property to cover any minor damage or excess cleaning charges.

Prices

Prices on the website are subject to change or withdrawal without notice at any time.
Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price and will be subject to confirmation in a written format.
All prices, other payments and conditions should be confirmed with your licensed travel agent at the time of booking.
